Check your gift cards/prepaid cards! My dad's been with @ATT prepaid for years. Got a card from @Target that's not working, and neither end can seemingly fix it. Dad's 69 years old, frustrated, and apparently out 30$.

.@ATT put fiber down my street a couple of months ago. One of their techs explained the install process and gave me a mess of fiber cable to run thru my attic to where the modem will be. Spent the day in said attic running said cable. I am now ready for them to light it up. 1/4
