You can call yourself whatever you want, @att TV Now, but your service is still awful. My DVR recordings won't load or stop playing. I don't get all the channels I'm supposed to get. And you never follow through on helping to fix anything.

Switched our cable/ internet provider to @ATT it has been a nightmare to get hooked up. 2 no shows, 2 days off work. 3rd visit did nothing because pole wasn’t turned on. Todays visit (4th)no service in house still. All wires n boxes look horrible.

@chrislhayes it’s this 5G service and it sucks. Chicago has it and it’s horrible and when you call them all get is we’re working on it. @ATT i should say that next time my bill is due.
