@ATT my home internet is out. I’ve tried to use your app to fix it( your app sucks and doesn’t work) I’ve tried to manually fix it. And I’ve called customer support (was hung up on) to try to fix it. I work from home. Literally have to have internet to work. FIX THIS CRAP.

@ATT Stop charging a $5 convenience fee when I finally reach a human who helps your company accept my payment. Something is totally screwed up on your online payment system & has been for months. Then you charge me extra when I finally find a way to pay my bill. @ATT has poor service.

Hey @ATT & @ATTHelp your call center hung up on me. Again. My appointment was scheduled for noon today. It’s now 2:35. No one has come to fix my internet and I have waited around for them. I have lost an entire day of work. Again. Y’all need to fix this ASAP. This is unacceptable

@Smiles4lot @VZWSupport @TMobile @ATT @sprint don’t get sprint. its not cheaper. pay $150 for just my iphone X w/ unlimited data and ur service is basically ass unless ur on wifi and then it’s still ass sometimes. i live in a great area but hardly have service.

@ATTHelp I want to ******* cancel my accounts since you can’t fix my bill. Why would I bundle my WiFi and phone and it double me. I want my bills to go back to being separate 95 and 50 since that is easier but no one can help so I want to end services to find a better company

@ATT Since I live in a “bad” neighborhood, I can only get 10mbps internet speed. You save the fast speeds for the more affluent neighborhoods, doesn’t seem right.
