I called and spoke to someone at @FrontierCorp on August 30th and set up my approval from the National Emergency Broadband services. I had a 3-way phone call between me the frontier associate and someone from the NEB customer service department. Right? So tell me why, (1/2)

@AskFrontier I haven’t been able to use @netflix at all today. All other services work perfectly. Only happens when trying to access over frontier food network. Im able to access Netflix via cellular just fine. What’s going on?

@AskFrontier That's is a blanket response, if you're telling me that the responder is not aware of the major outage, another reason to try someone new. I have been on with tech group all day with no straight answers, just the runaround.

@FrontierCorp HORRIFIC SERVICE! My Fiber internet went out this afternoon after a months or no problems. After 45 minutes on the phone I was told a tech could not come out until NOVEMBER 9th.. TEN days from now! I’m still in shock. I work from home like many. Help! #AskFrontier

My internet got turned off for non-payment and my bill says that I owe the full amount. After over three hours of phone calls, one of which I was hung up on, @FrontierCorp had the audacity to tell me that I never made that phone call and that this is my fault. Wtf is that?

@FrontierCorp Here’s what happened, I subscribed and got 3 MB for $48/mo with Verizon, years ago.When you guys came on the scene, you never bothered to update me to your current plan at that price, which is well over 30MB.When I complained Oct 12, you guys did nothing.

@Visible Granted 5 Mb/s is enough to play the @NintendoAmerica Switch online at 60 MPH, but when Visible, as limited as it is, is faster than @FrontierCorp DSL, is good help, but a "Stationary Data Desert" clause would make this complete.
