@HawkeyeMommeye @FrontierCorp I feel for you. My brother lives in an area on Minnesota that only has Frontier as an option. They had called to get connected, but after several months of it not happening they gave up. Luckily they have cell service and upped their data plan to unlimited so they can hotspot.

Hey @AskFrontier you think it might be a good idea to update some of your equipment on a more regular basis or y’all just trying to wait and see how many people bail on your service due to outages and connectivity issues? @GetSpectrum might get a new customer.

I called and spoke to someone at @FrontierCorp on August 30th and set up my approval from the National Emergency Broadband services. I had a 3-way phone call between me the frontier associate and someone from the NEB customer service department. Right? So tell me why, (1/2)

@AskFrontier I haven’t been able to use @netflix at all today. All other services work perfectly. Only happens when trying to access over frontier food network. Im able to access Netflix via cellular just fine. What’s going on?

@AskFrontier When are we going to get a consistent message to what is really going with the Outages in the greater Tampa Bay Area. No MTTR or ETA on restoration is leaving many in a very bad predicament. I expect more from a Tier 1 provider. Looking forward ot the RFO

@FrontierCorp May be the very worst internet provider in the midwest. I'm so tired of the horribly slow streaming and download speeds. Please, please don't make the same mistake we did. Find ANYONE else. #DontBeFooled #YoullBSorry
