Scouting report: Good height and overall frame potential. Relatively lean, athletic build and carries existing weight well. One-of-a-kind quarterback pedigree. Natural pocket passer with pro-style feel, but good functional athlete with terrific off-schedule instincts and playmaking ability. Junior season has shown improved running ability in designed situations and continued dangerous scrambling effectiveness. Looks first to throw when on the move, but capable of gaining chunk yards and converting money downs with his legs. Has repeatedly shown ability to throw accurately outside of the pocket, including when throwing across his body. Calm field demeanor yet poised and competitive simultaneously. Quick, natural release. Accuracy among his best traits. Processes quickly and picks apart defenses in the short-to-intermediate game. Displays requisite vertical arm strength and in-the-bucket touch on deep shots. Impressively pairs velocity and touch to fit throws into zone windows. Elite pocket awareness. Sixth-sense ability to feel pressure and avoid rushers. Good size but still filling out frame, which will continue to raise the ceiling on arm capacity. Does not face elite high school competition, but feel for the game and pedigree will translate regardless. One of the nation's top prospects regardless of position. Likely multi-year high-major starter with first-round NFL Draft ceiling. – 247Sports Midlands Region Recruiting Analyst Gabe Brooks

Scouting report: A new-age cornerback prospect that almost looks like he was made in some type of create-a-player mode given his length, foot speed, ball skills, instincts and competitive drive. Initially started high school career off as a wide receiver before being thrust into action on the defensive side of the ball due to injury. Excelled right away at his new position totaling nine interceptions as a sophom*ore and then 10 more as a junior. Extremely advanced from a technical standpoint for someone that grew up primarily playing offense. Doesn’t take many, if any, false steps while in reverse and always looks to be in complete control of his body. Likes to click his feet as he gains depth and does a nice job of keeping his eyes in the backfield. Looser hips allow him to mirror wideouts of all different sizes before he eventually has to turn and open up. Already hand checks like a seasoned vet and will fight through arms to break up a pass. Seems to be comfortable in both press and off-man coverage, which makes sense as he not only knows how to find leverage and redirect at the line of scrimmage with a jam, but is also quick enough to close gaps and break on routes as plays progress. Has tested in the upper percentile with a laser-timed 4.5 in the 40-yard dash on record to go along with a 4.3 shuttle and 128-inch broad jump. Has also raised some eyebrows with his measurements as his thin, wiry frame is well over 6-foot-1. Will need to keep the right mindset and adjust to the everyday demands of big-time college football, but should be viewed as a potential CB1 for a Top 10 program as he checks off all of the right boxes. Could find success in a variety of different defensive schemes, but might ultimately be his best in bump-and-run situations. Day 1 upside if peaking ahead towards the NFL Draft. – 247Sports Southeast Recruiting Analyst Andrew Ivins

3) David Hicks | DL | Allen (Texas)

247Sports Crystal Ball: Texas A&M 100%
Measurables: 6-4 | 250
Scouting report: Possesses ideal size and growth potential to add additional weight to frame. Displays good athleticism and shows the ability to play multiple roles in a four-man front. Three-sport athlete with a dynamic track and field background. Flashes an explosive first step while exhibiting good foot and body quickness off the line of scrimmage. Shows the ability to bend the edge while possessing good burst to close ability. Demonstrates good play strength at the point of attack and an ability to play with power. Versatile defender that can beat you with speed, quickness, and power on the perimeter and on the interior. Plays the run better than he plays at this point in his development. Project him to move inside as a 4-3 interior lineman as he continues to grow and develop into his frame but does have the athletic capability to maintain a presence on the edge. Ultimately, Hicks is a prospect that possesses the athletic makeup, physical upside and versatility to validate his position as one of the premiere defensive linemen in the 2023 class. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Cooper Petagna

4) Dante Moore | QB | Martin Luther King (Mich.)

College football recruiting: Crystal Ball outlook for top 2023 prospects (5)

247Sports Composite: 5-star | 0.9976 | No. 5 Overall | No. 3 QB
247Sports Crystal Ball: No predictions
Measurables: 6-2 | 195
Scouting report: Varsity starter since his freshman season. Has played well against top competition and in clutch situations in big games. Mature, polished, does not appear to rattle easily. Stands in against the rush and will deliver throws while taking hits. Does a nice job of reading coverages and does well throwing into windows against zone coverages. Throws with good touch down the field. Can fire it in there when he needs to. Has good arm strength but maybe not a big big cannon. Solid athlete who has added more mobility to his game as the years have gone on, but is not likely to be a big threat as a designed runner, but can do a little bit of that if needed. Physical traits are solid to good, but it is his intangible traits that are elite. Works extremely hard and that total package projects him to be a multi-year college starter and someone who can be an early draft choice. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Allen Trieu

5) Kadyn Proctor | OT | Southeast Polk (Iowa)

Scouting report: Prototypical height, length and size. Lines up at left tackle and currently projects as a future college blind side protector. Good natural athlete. Shows explosiveness off the ball, twitch and quickness for a big man. Gets out of his stance quickly in pass protection. Has strength and a powerful punch. Can run and get out in front of plays to make blocks in space. Shows few glaring weaknesses, but can still tweak technique and steaily improve on testing numbers. Is a high-end prospect who can play for any school in the country and has the upside and work ethic to play beyond that. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Allen Trieu

Scouting report: A massive lineman out of American Samoa that moves different than most people his size. At one point considered himself more of a pass rusher by trade, but has started to embrace the idea of protecting quarterbacks for a living instead of trying to sack them. Tested in the upper percentile for someone that’s pushing 6-foot-5, 330 pounds as he went 5.3 on the lasers in the 40-yard dash and added a 4.7 in the short shuttle the spring before his junior year. A bully of sorts that uses his raw power to simply overwhelm defenders. At his best when he can just fire out of his stance and drive block as he uses a wide base to establish leverage. Not one to give up on a play and will try to find extra work. Can gain depth with his kick step and win with a strong punch, but must improve as a pass blocker, especially if he’s going to be asked to protect the corner on Saturdays. Spent much of junior season at IMG Academy working at right tackle. A lack of true length in the upper half, however, suggests that his future might ultimately be on the inside, which works given his ability to pull and put a would-be tackler on his back. Should be viewed as a potential multi-year starter on the offensive line for a Power 5 program like his brother, who started over 30 games at center for Washington State and was named to the Rimington Award watch list. Will likely need some time to find his bearings, and must keep progressing from a technical standpoint, but fluid movement patterns and smash-mouth play style in the phone booth could have him eventually being selected early on in the NFL Draft. – 247Sports Southeast Recruiting Analyst Andrew Ivins

7) Brandon Inniss | WR | American Heritage (Fla.)

College football recruiting: Crystal Ball outlook for top 2023 prospects (8)

247Sports Crystal Ball: USC 71.4% | Ohio State 21.4% | Oklahoma 7.1%
Measurables: 6-0 | 190
Scouting report: One of the most college-ready wide receivers to come out of the high school ranks in recent years. An elite route runner with a competitive edge that can take over games and beat double coverage. Was initially mistaken by one Power 5 assistant coach for a high school senior when he was just an 8th grader because of his polish. Not the longest of wideouts, but has a thicker build to him and plays much bigger than his frame suggests with his dependable hands. Understands the importance of setting up and selling routes. Mixes gears well. Aggressive at the catch point and will fight through a defender to get the ball. Can turn a short gain into a long gain as he isn’t afraid to lower his shoulder pads and get his jersey dirty. Embraces the role of blocking and is the type of teammate that will do whatever it takes to win. Has produced for three straight seasons against top competition in South Florida and outperformed players much older than him time after time on the camp circuit. Could get a little bit more explosive and add a true extra gear, but doesn’t have much issues creating separation and is more than capable of pulling away from defenses, at least on Friday nights. Should be viewed as a high-floor type of prospect and someone that is going to be able to contribute very early on for a Top 25 program. Will likely have a voice in the locker room given his dog-eat-dog mentality. NFL upside. – 247Sports Southeast Recruiting Analyst Andrew Ivins

Measurables: 6-0 | 185
Scouting report: The type of prospect that checks off all the right boxes. Always looks to be one step ahead of others. Athletic enough to get across the field and erase a touchdown, but also physical enough to come down hill and meet a running back in the A or B gap. Smooth and in control while in reverse as he keeps eyes in the backfield. Quick to trigger. Plants his cleats and drives towards the football better than most his age. Takes the right angles while in pursuit and has a few tricks to shed blocks once he meets traffic. Has experience working out of a variety of different coverages and has shown that he can be rather effective as slot defender in certain situations. Owns a high football IQ, which likely stems from his film study habits as he likes to watch cut up after cut up and identify trends. Viewed by his high school coaches as not only a team leader, but also a winner and someone that is going to do whatever it takes to elevate the play of those around him. Added almost 30 pounds of muscle between freshman and senior seasons and is now hovering right around 190 pounds. Will need to keep progressing and not get complacent, but should be viewed as one of the top safeties and overall prospects in the 2023 cycle given instincts, physical play style and ability to change directions. Will provide immediate special teams value at the next level and likely isn’t going to need much time to get adjusted to the speed of the game on Saturdays. Has the makeup of a future star for a College Football Playoff contender. Should play on Sundays like his father and uncle did if everything comes together. – 247Sports Southeast Recruiting Analyst Andrew Ivins

Scouting report: Big-framed world class athlete who excels as sprinter. Can sculpt body to play tight end, linebacker or edge. Powerful build with wide shoulders and length. Ran 10.38 in 100 meters and has options to turn pro in track rather than play football. Highly-twitched jumbo athlete. On football field, is dynamic talent with huge upside because of development possibilities. Excellent body control. Shows physical superiority all over the field. On offense, solid in tracking ball. Gets off line of scrimmage well and into route quickly. Is tough to jam because of size and strength. Needs to continue to refine ball catching skills. Can play standing up or with hand on ground on defense. Gets off quickly at snap. Uses speed and shoulder dip to gain the edge. Has closing speed toward the ball carrier. Can change direction and accelerate quickly. Playing with hand on ground, shoots "B" gap well. Is consistently disruptive. Has to continue to develop his ability to stack and shed and be a big factor when plays are run at him. Elite level player for top college programs. Scouting report: Requisite height with good length and a big frame to add mass. Athletic, physical, violent off-ball linebacker who occasionally steps to the line of scrimmage. Long-term positional home is in question, but ability is not. Thumper vs. the run with chase-down athleticism from the back side. Capable of consistent sideline-to-sideline pursuit with proven blitzing ability. Tone-setter for an FBS-loaded Texas 5A D-I state championship defense as only a sophom*ore. Produced good numbers despite playing on a unit with a lot of mouths to feed, so to speak. Adequate in-space athleticism in coverage but at his best playing downhill. Owns valuable offensive reps as a short-yardage battering ram with the ball. Shows promising pass-rush instincts despite primary role being off-ball. Main question is position in the long term, but physical tools suggest highest ceiling as an edge player. Regardless, one of the most dynamic defensive prospects in Texas and the country for his class through the 2020 season. Projects as an impact high-major starter with long-term early-round NFL Draft potential. – 247Sports Midlands Region Recruiting Analyst Gabe Brooks

Scouting report: Physical young defensive lineman who could fit multiple fronts, but likely projects best to 3-tech in an even look. Possesses requisite size/frame. Consistently flashes vs. the run and as a pass rusher. Bull in a china shop who made plays as a freshman with size, strength, tenacity. Impressive closing speed relative to size. Physicality really stands out for such a young prospect. Technical development and improved body control could make for truly elite front-line defender. Early returns suggest impact high-major potential with early-round NFL Draft ceiling. – 247Sports Midlands Region Recruiting Analyst Gabe Brooks

Measurables: 6-4 | 230
Scouting report: One of those prospects you take now and then figure out the position later. Has the frame – and skill set – to be molded into a variety of different things at the next level. Got snaps on both sides of the ball his first few years back while home in St. Louis before transferring into the national powerhouse that is IMG Academy and being deployed primarily as a large slot wideout. Found success in that role as he can create some separation and move the chains while working the lower numbers of the route tree, but seems to have the most developmental upside as a pass rusher, hence why he’s expected to focus mainly on being a defender during his senior season. When it comes to getting after the quarterback, has flashed the ability to bend and win with speed as he runs the arc. Will eventually need to develop a full menu of moves and learn how to find his run fits, but has the initial burst to be an effective edge player on Saturdays. Testing profile (30-inch vertical jump and 4.5 shuttle) also suggest that he could potentially drop back into coverage in certain situations. Might need some time to figure things out after juggling two positions, but large hands and favorable wingspan shouldn’t be overlooked as he doesn’t appear to be anywhere close to being taped out (believed to hovering right around 6-4, 235 pounds winter after junior year). Could thrive as a blitzing linebacker in a 3-4 scheme. NFL potential. – 247Sports Southeast Recruiting Analyst Andrew Ivins

13) Rueben Owens | RB | El Campo (Texas)

College football recruiting: Crystal Ball outlook for top 2023 prospects (14)

247Sports Crystal Ball: Texas 93.3% | Oklahoma 6.7%
Measurables: 5-11 | 190
Scouting report: Owns the requisite frame with an athletic build and room to add necessary mass. Looks and plays taller/longer than listing with open-field gait on the longer end of the spectrum that fosters speed-building ability at the top end. Production jumped from freshman to sophom*ore year with obvious big-play punch (10.79 ypc), then again in junior year with enormous production in counting stats and terrific per carry rate (12.05). Field speed is a plus and reflects in sophom*ore track times, including a 10.96 100 and multiple in the 11.1 range. Texas Class 4A state-level contender in the long jump with a 23-3 3/4 PR. Flashes impressive short-area suddenness with agility to make defenders miss in the hole. Does not require much gear-down when redirecting. Couples those traits with impressive burst and acceleration to reach top speed quickly. Shows good contact balance at the second level. Capable pass catcher with 7-on-7 reps as a receiver, though in-game opportunities catching the ball have been limited (20 receptions in sophom*ore and junior seasons). Third-down competency in blitz pickup and increased passing game reps can be developed. Vertical runner at times with a higher center of gravity. Looked like one of the best 2023 running backs nationally early on and reinforced that in exceptional junior campaign. Projects as a difference-making high-major back with long-term NFL Draft early-round potential. – 247Sports Midlands Region Recruiting Analyst Gabe Brooks

Measurables: 6-1 | 180
Scouting report: Ideal size for his position at 6-foot-1 and 180-pounds. Possesses an explosive lower half and ability to add additional weight to his frame. Displays good athletic ability in all three phases of the game. Will see the majority of his snaps at the safety position but exhibits some ability as a man defender at the corner position. Quick twitch explosive player. Displays excellent short area quickness and change of direction ability. Shows the ability to transition in and out breaks quickly out of his back pedal. Possesses good play speed. Excels when playing downhill and in the short to intermediate part of the field. Aggressive run support defender. Flashes some key and diagnose ability with the ability to close space quickly. Violent at the point of attack. Will strike you. Although he possesses the physical traits to play the corner position, can see a natural progression to a nickel or deep safety role. Will need to continue to develop as a man to man defender in the deep part of the field but has a good feel for playing in coverage underneath. Projects as a versatile secondary defender that can be deployed in a variety of ways. Best suited to play closer to the line of scrimmage where he can let his size and physicality take over. Will add immediate special teams contributions on multiple units at the next level. Has the ability to develop into an all-conference Power Five starter and should contribute sooner rather than later at the collegiate level. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Cooper Petagna

Measurables: 5-11 | 200
Scouting report: One of the most coveted prospects to come out of Southwest Florida in recent memory. A one-cut-and-go type of running back that’s powerful enough to get it done in-between the tackles. Excellent vision and overall feel for the position allows him to get up field in a hurry and attack holes. Outstanding contact balance combined with an effective stiff arm makes it extremely difficult for high school defenders to bring him to the ground. Has experience working out of single back, shotgun and pistol formations. Limited context when it comes to pass blocking, but should be able to chip away at college-sized defensive linemen given his size and physical nature. Track background shows up on Friday nights as he’s consistently pulling away from defenses. Catches the ball well and should be able to move the chains via the screen game, if those type of plays are on the call sheet. Wear and tear not much of a concern at this stage in his development as he’s averaged only 12 carries a game his first two years of high school. Likely to emerge as an impact player for a Top 25 program given foot speed and ability to shed would-be tacklers. Will be on the radar of NFL scouts one day if everything comes together. – 247Sports Southeast Recruiting Analyst Andrew Ivins

Displays good athleticism in multiple positions throughout the secondary. Long reactionary defensive back with fluid hips that transitions smoothly in and out of breaks. More of a smooth hipped athlete than he is quick twitch explosive. Appears to have good short area quickness and change of direction ability. Displays good patience and suddenness as a man to man slot defender. Possesses above average play speed. Could see a natural progression to a deep middle defender or as a nickel from his corner position. Flashes some key and diagnose ability in the short to intermediate part of the field. Willing run support defender with the ability to play in space. Demonstrates some ability to play the ball but has limited ball production. Plays in multiple positions throughout the secondary but appears most comfortable as a slot defender and as a deep safety. Has the ability to play corner if needed but more than likely projects as a safety at the next level. High processing player that wins with instincts more than physical traits. Will add value in multiple special teams units. Projects as a high impact starter at a Power Five program at the next level. Will more than likely need a year to develop before making considerable contributions. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Cooper Petagna

Scouting report: Impressive physical size for a junior checking at 6-foot-5 and weighing in the 265 pound range this guy has all the measurables you want. Long athletic build to go along with impressive arm length and wingspan put him at an elite level with these traits. This top notch edge has unique athleticism for someone his size. Possessing excellent agility, change of direction, bend and power makes him one of the best players in the country. He is light on his feet and plays with very good power and technique on the edge and in the run game with room to continue to develop and improve. As a pass rusher he does a good job using speed to power as well as having a good dip and rip move and always using active hands to prevent lineman from latching on to him. He consistently gains ground on his rush without stopping his feet. Displays a twitch out of his stance that translates to explosion once he makes contact with the blocker along with a strong punch to control and disengage to defeat the blocker. Can redirect when needed without hesitation to make plays away from him with good runs and chase effort. As a two-way player you are treated to an athlete that could be a top-flight tight end prospect with his burst, excellent body control to make plays on the ball as well as serving as a more than adequate blocker in the run game. He is a guy that moves easy and natural with enough speed to create separation as a receiver where he makes many plays as. As he continues to mature physically, gains strength and maintain his athleticism he is a player that can play up and down the defensive line and on the edge. His potential is unlimited, he has the profile and ability to be a early starter and multiple all-conference performer in college. – 247Sports National Recruiting Expert Chris Singletary

18) Duce Robinson | TE | Pinnacle (Ariz.)

College football recruiting: Crystal Ball outlook for top 2023 prospects (19)

247Sports Composite: 5-star | 0.9899 | No. 22 Overall | No. 1 TE
247Sports Crystal Ball: USC 100%
Measurables: 6-6 | 225
Scouting report: Checking at 6-foot-6 and a half 229 pounds, Robinson more than checks the box on the height weight profile for the Tight End position. With broad shoulders and a frame to add another 15 to 20 pounds this prospect still has a good amount of growth potential in the weight and strength categories. Adding in the fact that he has over a 6-foot-10 inch wingspan and 10 inch. hand you have more than the prototype body to be elite at this position. The 35-inch arms that he has give him the advantage of a tremendous catch radius that is coupled with an impressive vertical to high-point the ball in traffic and on 50/50 balls along with having soft hands. Very smooth in his routes with the ability to drop his weight and transition in and out of breaks flashes his flexibility. His athleticism allows him to line up in the slot, outside and in the core of the formation to be a constant threat against the defense and provide mismatches that can be exploited. Whether it’s a corner, linebacker or safety covering him, Robinson’s chance to win are far greater than those of his opponent. He possesses excellent speed for a player this size along with burst off the line of scrimmage and acceleration once the ball is in the air to track it the hand eye-coordination that also makes him a top baseball player and finish with the catch in the end zone. Even though he isn’t asked to do it for his highschool team he has the physical attributes to be an adequate blocker and set the edge in the run game. Robinson has unlimited potential with his skill set and physical abilities to be an all conference performer for multiple years. I see him as a player that has NFL ability and should be an early round pick in his future. – 247Sports National Recruiting Expert Chris Singletary

247Sports Composite: 5-star | 0.9877 | No. 25 Overall | No. 5 CB
247Sports Crystal Ball: Texas 100%
Measurables: 6-0 | 185
Scouting report: From a measurable standpoint he checks in where you would on a top defensive back prospect to be at 6-foot-0 and 185-pounds. Long limbed athlete that has a 77-inch wingspan to further validate his overall size. His athleticism is above average when you have a chance to watch him and shows up constantly. Toviano is a muscular broad shouldered young man that still has a lot of room to add mass and gain strength as he develops in the weight room. His lower half is lean and well defined. Flashes very good quickness and change of direction for a longer body athlete. Does a nice job of being smooth transitioning once he flips his hips and is light on his feet. Good in his back pedal keeping his body square with the ability to plant and go once the receiver has declared in his break. Good in press coverage where he doesn’t panic and show patience as he mirrors the receiver with good eye placement and leverage. Once the ball is in the air he reacts well to the receiver going for it and he attacks their hands to make a play. In off-coverage flashes the instincts to read and react quickly and not get caught in bad body position. Does a nice job of getting depth on his drops and staying in his zone without chasing receivers and being disciplined. A player that is a very good overall athlete as he has 3-phase snaps on special teams offense and defense. Shows good speed with the ability to chase down guys. Willing to come up and tackle in the run support. Plays with good strength and is physical. Depending on how he matures and grows he could transition to safety as well. He has the ability and skill to have a multi-all-conference type career ending up with an NFL type career. Look for him to be a top 2 to 3-round selection. – 247Sports National Recruiting Expert Chris Singletary

Finalists (VIP): Alabama | Clemson | Florida | Oklahoma
247Sports Crystal Ball: Alabama 100%
Measurables: 6-3 | 259
Scouting report: Possesses adequate size at 6-foot-3 and 259-pounds. Tweener frame, position projection will be dictated by growth potential. Displays good athletic ability across multiple positions on the defensive line. Shows the ability to play in a two-point stance in an edge role and with his hand on the ground in multiple defensive fronts. Quick twitch explosive athlete with an excellent first step off the line of scrimmage. Displays a natural ability to bend the edge and shows the ability to go speed to power. Exhibits good play strength at point of attack and shows the ability anchor as a run defender. Possesses excellent run and chase ability with the ability to close space quickly. Explosive player that can be used in multiple defensive alignments and has some situational pass rushing ability off the edge. More than likely projects to playing with his hand in the ground at the next level. Possesses an excellent motor with the combination of good physical traits. Will need a year to develop at the next level, but has the ability to develop into a high impact starter at the collegiate level. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Cooper Petagna

Top schools (VIP): Alabama | Auburn | Florida | Georgia | LSU | Miami | Michigan State | Oregon | Texas | USC | Washington
247Sports Crystal Ball: Miami 100%
Measurables: 6-5 | 245
Scouting report: Good frame to add weight and mass. As he matures and gains more strength in the weight room he will define his body composition and reach his physical peak. Already checking in at 6-foot-4 he could top out at 270 pounds in college without compromising his athleticism. Good 1st step and burst off the ball. Gains ground and causes the tackle to be immediately stressed by his penetration. Very good pad level which gives the defender little area to strike as he is rushing the passer or playing the run. Shows a good motor and want-to in chasing plays with nice lateral movement. Good agility and quickness, he is light on his feet and is a smooth effortless player. Rips off of blocks and does a good job in pursuit. With added strength and technique improvement he has all the tools you want in an elite defensive lineman. You are exposed to how good an overall athlete he is when you watch him play wide receiver. Wayne has a unique player that plays not only offense and defense. But a skill position as a receiver that saw him put up 18 catches 269 yards and 5 touchdowns. On the defensive end he had 44 tackles and 9 sacks. Once he is able to focus mainly on defense the sky's the limit for him. His recruitment has seen the likes of schools from all the power conferences chasing him to be a part of their program. Once he focuses solely on playing defense his ceiling is high. I see all the skills and trait for him to ultimately have a NFL career. – 247Sports National recruiting Expert Chris Singletary

Measurables: 6-5 | 210
Scouting report: Long, athletic defender that has high upside but is still early in his development. Has twitch, gets off the ball quickly and closes to his target in a hurry. He is fluid and able to bend and dip and make offensive linemen miss their punch on him. Needs additional strength and technique, but has a high ceiling based on his athletic gifts and has the frame to fill in. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Allen Trieu

Top schools: Arizona | Arizona State | Arkansas | Auburn | Oklahoma | Oregon | Oregon State | Penn State | UCLA | Washington
247Sports Crystal Ball: No predictions
Measurables: 6-4 | 185
Scouting report: From a physical standpoint he has a frame and build that can add ample weight and strength. Checking in at verified 6-foot-3.5 half and weighing in at about 185lb pounds you see that he has the mold to add at least 20 pounds of muscle easily. As he matures and gets stronger it will benefit his durability, long-term ability and development. Stands tall in the pocket with the mobility to avoid the rush and buy time to make plays under pressure. He has poise and does a nice job making plays off platform. Mechanically he has a smooth effortless throwing motion. He is able to get the ball out quickly generating power from his lower body to have the ball snap out of his hand. Does a good job changing speeds and adding touch on his throws when need be to either fit the pass into tight windows or to complete throws over defenders. Good ball placement on passes where only the receiver is able to make the play. I like his anticipation on his throws where you can see that he is throwing his receivers open and out of harm's way from the defense. As he continues to play, you should see growth in his ability to go through his progressions and understand pre-snap what coverage the defense is in so that he can get the ball out quicker than he already does. – 247Sports National Recruiting Expert Chris Singletary

Measurables: 6-6 | 295
Scouting report: Possesses legitimate size and length for left tackle. Well-proportioned frame with room for development. Two-way player with understanding of leverage and ability to win those battles. Shows hand speed on both sides of ball. Has lower body strength and sinks hips in run blocking. Plays physical and fast. High motor prospect with strong work ethic. Fires off low and explodes up and into defender. Excellent body control. Spends very little time on the ground. Strong initial punch with hand quickness to shoot inside. Once engaged, stays on block and drives legs. Athleticism shines when pulling. Shows proper footwork in getting out quickly and leading the play through the hole. Length and ability to mirror makes it difficult for speed rushers to beat him around edge or inside. Is patient in pass pro base but has to be more confident with initial punch. Has basics of kick step but needs to continue to develop that aspect of game. Continued strength growth needed throughout frame. Multi-year starter at high-level college program. Early round NFL draft potential. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Brian Dohn

247Sports Composite: 5-star | 0.9840 | No. 33 Overall | No. 5 DL
247Sports Crystal Ball: Clemson 100%
Measurables: 6-5 | 276
Scouting report: Checking in at 6-foot-5 and half 265 pounds with a 81 inch wingspan verified. Burley is a long linear lineman that has a good 1st step and is able to get his 2nd step into the ground which allows him to explode on contact with the blocker and extend to play off the block. He uses good pad level at the poa when coming off the ball that gives him leverage to also control the blocker once he punches them. He has strong hands and a powerful punch which are two of his biggest attributes. Does a good job when he is angling or stunting into the gap getting himself skinny and then getting back square while steadily gaining ground up field. He has 2 - way snaps by playing tight end that give you more of a reference point on his overall athletic ability. Burley is a player that can play either end position in a four down front or play the 4 technique in an odd front defense. He can move into the 3 technique position on pass rush downs all the while staying at end on 1st and 2nd down. Because of his size and length that’s coupled with his talent level you have a player able to do many different things on the defensive line. As he continues to grow and add weight this will ultimately determine what position he will play. Burley is a player that should see that field early as a contributor. That will be a multiple year starter and all - conference performer by the end of his college career with an NFL future. – 247Sports National Recruiting Expert Chris Singletary

247Sports Composite: 5-star | 0.9835 | No. 34 Overall | No. 4 WR
247Sports Crystal Ball: Miami 100%
Measurables: 6-1 | 170
Scouting report: A true deep threat that uses elite foot speed to take the top off a defense. Has not only improved track times over the years, but has also evolved as a football player. At his best when he’s asked to just get deep as he has almost mastered the fly/go route. Also has beaten his fair share of cornerbacks and safeties on post/corner routes. Tracks the ball to a high degree once it's in the air and can make a grab over his shoulder. Has also gotten better and better at taking on defenders and making contested catches. Might stretch the field better than most, but must get better at working the short to intermediate numbers on the route tree and needs to learn how to extend plays after the catch, especially after contact. Will also likely need to add some mass if he’s ever going to be an effective blocker at the Power 5 level. However, the body should eventually undergo some type of physical transformation once lifting/eating in college, and additional play strength will only help him become more of a complete wideout. Will probably need a year or two before he’s ready to make an impact on Saturdays, but should be viewed as a vertical playmaker that quarterbacks are going to want to target whenever it’s time to take a shot. Could get some burn in the slot, but looks like more of a natural on the outside in a modern pro-style attack. First-class speed (10.6 in the 100-meter dash and 21.1 in the 200-meter) is what NFL scouts covet these days. – 247Sports Southeast Recruiting Analyst Andrew Ivins

Measurables: 6-2 | 235
Scouting report: A front seven player that can get after the quarterback. Initial burst tends to cause plenty of issues for opposing offensive tackles. Seems to be at his best when he’s asked to just attack the corner, but can track back inside and flush out pockets with a few different well-timed pass rushing moves. Ability to redirect in space and get lateral make him a difference maker outside the hashes. Also owns valuable experience in pass coverage having been asked in the past to stick with much quicker wide receivers coming out of the slot. More of a finesse rusher than power rusher at this stage in his development, but that could change as he matures. Average measurables (believed to be just over 6-foot-2, 235 pounds) and a lack of additional length in the arms could turn away some, but body of work speaks for itself as he started as a freshman in Florida’s highest classification before spending the next two years producing at the national powerhouse that is IMG Academy. Might be best suited for a 3-4 look, but could also find a role in a 4-3 front, potentially even as an off-ball linebacker. Likely going to need some time to get adjusted to the speed and physicality of big-time college football, but has the tools to eventually blossom into a starter for a Top 25 program. – 247Sports Southeast Recruiting Analyst Andrew Ivins

247Sports Crystal Ball: No predictions
Measurables: 6-2 | 230
Scouting report: Appears to possess ideal size at 6-foot-2 and 230-pounds, has the ability to add additional weight to his frame. Displays good athletic ability on defense and special teams. Will see the majority of his snaps in a pass-rushing edge role while playing a decent amount of snaps as an off-ball box linebacker. Quick twitch explosive off the line of scrimmage. Compensates for lack of length on the edge with play strength and ability to play with power. Demonstrates heavy hands at the point of attack. Shows the ability to generate consistent pass-rush with initial quickness, play strength, and motor. Plays with excellent range and closing speed off the ball, displaying a violence at the point of attack. Instinctive three-down linebacker that has ability to play on or off ball at the next level and can add pass-rushing value on passing downs. Plays with outstanding effort and will add immediate special teams value at the next level. Projects to a high level Power-Five multi-year starter at the collegiate level. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Cooper Petagna

Top schools (VIP): Alabama | Georgia | Notre Dame | Ohio State | Tennessee
247Sports Crystal Ball: Ohio State 100%
Measurables: 6-2 | 185
Scouting report: The type of wide receiver that always seems to be open. Creates plenty of separation at the line of scrimmage and is able to beat both zone and man coverage once underway. Superb body control and large 10-inch hands allow him to make extremely difficult catches look relatively easy. Competitive not only at the catch point, but also once the ball is in his hands as he will fight to pick up additional yardage. Owns a rather slender build now, but should eventually carry 195 pounds or more. Has experience working both inside and outside. Shifty enough in the open field to be featured as a return man, as well. Started prep career off in Chicago before transferring into IMG Academy. Instantly became a top target for the defending national champions and scored touchdown after touchdown as a junior. Has posted impressive numbers before in both the short shuttle and vertical jump. Might not be a 4.4 guy on the stopwatch, but likely to only get more explosive once frequenting a college weight room. Should be viewed as one of the top pass catchers in a deep 2023 wide receiver class and a potential all-conference type of player for a Top 25 program. Ability to consistently shake defenders and generate big plays will eventually have him on the radar of NFL scouts. – 247Sports Southeast Recruiting Analyst Andrew Ivins
