I recently purchased a cordless Nail Gun, it had started to fail so I needed to return it but could not find the receipt. Home Depot on Stage Rd exchanged it for me without issue. They also worked with me through Samsung after I bought a new Stove that arrived damaged and made sure I got a replacement. Very good service overall.

This is one the best Home Depot stores in Memphis. They have a nice and friendly staff. But not so much in the customer service/return section. That's why I gave the 4 instead of 5 stars. But overall they have everything I need and mostly on sale. This store is always clean and the products are easy to find.

I recently visited the Stage Rd Home Depot to buy some paint. I knew I wanted white or off white. When I arrived in the paint dept I was greeted by a young man name Mason. I told him what I was painting and he showed me everything I needed for my project. He was super nice and very knowledgeable about the various types of paints and tools that I would need. I really appreciate the fact that he let me take my time and didn't try to rush me. I will definitely be visiting this location again.
