@ATT is ridiculous! In the current environment where work from home is the only option, you guys have a 5.5 day wait to get my home internet online after a power outage! I guess I will just tell my customers, and my company to “please hold” until you have time to service yours!!

@ATTHelp hi there. Please help us. Our internet connection is mostly non-existent. Most of the time it doesn’t work at all, sometimes the speed is 3-4 MBps, rarely it gets up to 25.We’ve been longtime customers and all of our kids need the WiFi for school. Ive reset twice.
